Limited knowledge of societally important computer science (CS) information can be a grave disadvantage. Therefore, members of society should be educated about the most important CS topics to ensure a long-term inclusive culture in a digital age. Therefore, this work aims to provide initiatives for educating and reaching a wider society. Moreover, it is aimed to raise interest in CS topics especially in those who would not occupy themselves actively with CS topics through e.g. books. This is targeted to achieve by means of pop-up education (pop-up concept as e.g. used by pop-up stores). Thereby, it will be examined whether the pop-up concept can be applied successfully towards CS education regarding society’s acceptance, experience, and knowledge transfer.
